Can you fall in love with the person you hate the most?

k in 7th grade i hated this guy so much i couldnt stand him he was so anoying but this year i started talking to him and i fell in love with him we have been going out for 3 months now and i really like him he wants to be with me through out all highschool and past that so can u really fall in love with someone u hate i have never felt this way for a guy before HELP
