I think i've ruined my nose because of my drug use,help?!?

I started on cocaine because i was hanging around with the wrong people,anyway i stopped now but its been nearly two months clean and my nose is still scabby all the time and bleeds,and sometimes its painful,i dont know what to do?im afraid its damaged for good?i dont want end up like danielle westbrook
