Fighting game for sega genesis?

im pretty sure thus game is for sega genesis but it could be for nintendo 64. you could play as several characters and you walk on the screen but it stops you to fight some guys. in one fight you go on some field and go on this circular thing that is like an elevator and in another you have to fight this skeleton like think that comes at you from the wall. it kinda looks like a slinky.
