Is she finished with me?

I met this girl at the end of freshman year of college and we hit it off. For the first month of summer it was great. we hung out a lot and stuff but then she started working 40 hrs/wk and taking a class and we didnt end up seeing eachother for close to 4 wks but we would text every day. earlier this week i guess i made her mad because i didnt text her for 2 days. so then friday night she sent a text saying she doesnt know how its going to work out without seeing eachother for so long. at first i just said, alright, hope you have a good summer. i realized that was a little harsh i guess so i later apologized but that was it. then later on facebook she made a status saying she wishes she had a cuddle buddy and i sent her a text about that but she hasnt responded to anything and now shes on vacation. so do you think this is it or should i try to talk to her when shes gets back from vacation or when we get back to school? the thing is, im thinking that if she cant even make a little time to see me, then she must not really like me that much. thoughts?
