I got in trouble for uploading or downloading files!?(Read Description!)?

Comcast gave me a warning... That I uploaded or download the torrent "Dj devastate Bioshock 1". I take full guilt in downloading it. But my question is are they going to surprise me with more crap? I mean what's next? I've downloaded the soundtrack to MW2 and Castle Crasher's today. (6/23/2011) I'm even downloading old Sega_Saturn Rom's! Point being are they sniffing my IP now? Are they now seeing where I freaking go to online?
