Did anyone else find it difficult to bond?

Both mine were vaginal births. With my first, I think I was so tired from getting up in the night (and never having been used to that) that it was hard to bond initially and the first two weeks I just felt like I was living outside of my body. Then we both got used to each other and it was like a light went on and we bonded so I can't tell you whether your experience would've been different or not had you had a vaginal birth.
