What should I do about my best friend?

So my best friend is 13 and she just got her first boyfriend. This guy is 15 and he lives out of state but every other month he comes and visits. She keeps blowing me off to go out with her "boyfriend" and I just don't want her to get hurt. Every single day they go out to either the movies or to the mall. He keeps trying to force her to kiss him but she tries not to. From what I know he sounds really creepy and I need some advice on what to do. PLEASE HELP!!!!
